I've been preoccupied and just got wind of this post. I had no idea that you were so upset by the issue! It's not a big deal. Really!

I suppose it just would just be one in a long list of mistakes and oversights for me. Sometimes I feel my life is one big blooper reel! I'm just happy to be able to contribute.
